Letter Delivery to Katherine Clark
Last week, Congresswoman Katherine Clark tweeted that “I am horrified by the starvation in Gaza,” yet she supports sending Israel the weapons it uses to deliberately starve Gaza.
We need to point out this contradiction and demand that Clark takes action to end our country’s complicity in Israel’s genocide.
Right now there is bill in Congress that would do exactly that, the Block the Bombs Act (H.3565). This bill would prevent the federal government from sending Israel some of the most destruction weapons being used in its genocide.
Sign this letter to tell Clark that tweets are not enough, she must take immediate action to end our complicity in the genocide in Gaza. We are demanding Clark meet with her constituents to discuss legislation to stop the genocide and hold Israel accountable.
We will be delivering this letter to Clark’s office Thursday, August 7th at noon, carrying pots and pans to symbolize the starvation unfolding in Gaza. Meet at the Malden Center T-stop.
