Massachusetts Peace Action carries out much of its organizing through volunteer-driven working groups focused on specific issues, campaigns, and organizational needs.

Working groups typically meet monthly. All groups are currently meeting by Zoom.

The Board of Directors is elected by MAPA members at each annual meeting.
