No Kings, No Warmongering – 10/18

https://www.mobilize.us/nokings/event/840244/
Saturday, October 1812-3 pm EDT
Boston Common – near Parkman Bandstand
Wear Yellow
While millions lose access to healthcare and schools crumble, Trump sends billions of US tax dollars to enable Israel’s genocide and fund ICE to abduct our neighbors. It doesn’t have to be this way. Join the fight for peace.
Join with MAPA to stand for peace and Palestine at the Boston No Kings protest. Bring signs, banners, Palestine flags, and keffiyehs. Our table will be near the Parkman Bandstand.
In America, we don’t put up with would-be kings.
The ACLU-MA, Indivisible Mass Coalition and Mass 50501 proudly continue working together with allies and you to make our peaceful movement bigger and stronger! “NO KINGS” is more than just a slogan—it’s the foundation our nation was built upon. Born in the streets, carried by millions in chants and on posters, it echoes from city blocks to rural town squares, uniting people across this country to fight dictatorship together.
The president thinks his rule is absolute. But in America, we don’t have kings, and we won’t back down against chaos, corruption, and cruelty. Grow our movement and join us.
A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
In the Boston area? Click below to sign up for the peace/ Palestine contingent. Our info table will be near the Parkman Bandstand, at position #18 as shown in the map below.
Here is the flyer we will be distributing.
Not in the Boston area? There will be hundreds of No Kings protests nationwide on Oct. 18. Find a protest near you at https://www.mobilize.us/nokings/ and print out your own copies of the flyer to distribute!

SNOW
A satirical play that mocks the administration’s agents who are currently terrorizing our communities. SNOW encourages audience members to stand with our immigrant neighbors who are under threat and view the agents threatening our communities with the contempt that they deserve. Join us for this depiction of two hapless SNOW agents getting a very Boston (un)welcome as they attempt to encroach upon our liberties.
Calls to Action
-
Protect our immigrant neighbors who are being profiled, threatened, and kidnapped
Join a community ICE watch group so agents know we are watching them, volunteer to assist with vital mutual aid, bond and legal needs, and stand out in solidarity at ICE offices. More information from organizations, including LUCE, MIRA, BIJAN, and Bearing Witness @ ICE in Burlington.
-
Fight with your dollars
Hit them where it hurts by boycotting corporations and billionaires that are doing Trump’s bidding. Don’t check out at the checkout; patriotic dissent happens everywhere!
-
Hold your Reps accountable
Keep the pressure on and keep calling them out. Use the 5Calls app. Email and show up at their offices. If they can’t fix this, we’ll find others who will.
