For its annual fundraising dinner this October 15, Mass Peace Action is offering a compelling program that you won’t want to miss! Jared Hicks will be our MC and the evening will highlight a new generation of activists.
Also, we are delighted to feature Boston City Councilor Kendra Lara as keynote speaker and to offer you an engaging performance by the Jose Mateo Dance group for foot stamping entertainment! A delicious dinner will be catered by Doña Havana restaurant. Drinks will include Cuban style mojitos plus beer and wine– from non-nuclear weapons countries of course!
This dinner is a major part of our fundraising, essential for MAPA to continue its urgently needed advocacy for peace and justice. Please attend and spread the word!
Tickets to the dinner run $60 for single, $100 for a couple, or $20 each for student and low-income tickets. There is a 10% discount for tickets purchased before October 1, so don’t delay in ordering your ticket! Go here to order online, or mail a check to MAPA, 11 Garden St., Cambridge, MA 02138.
You can also volunteer to help with setup, cleanup, or food and drink service. Volunteers will receive free admission and dinner. Write to info@masspeaceaction.org to sign up.
Businesses, organizations, unions, and individuals can take out an ad in our program book.
