Pilgrimage to Palestine, Pilgrimage to Home: A Report Back
Linden Jenkins presents learnings about the roots of Palestinian oppression, observations and photos of the tactics of settler-colonialism there and here as well as reflections on the inevitable relevance and implications unfolding today in the domestic occupation we live in, followed by Q&A and discussion.
Linden spent 3 months in East Jerusalem in August-November 2024, volunteering there in the office of Sabeel, the Palestinian Liberation Theology Center, helping to plan and accompany delegations throughout Palestine. A retired attorney, pastor and activist for 50 years, she was led to Palestine after spending eight weeks in resistance camps founded and led by indigenous women fighting construction of the Line 3 pipeline in northern MN.
