Emergency: The Trump administration has just indicted Raul Castro and five other Cubans – possibly a move leading to another military operation to kidnap them, following in the steps of the Maduro Abduction in Venezuela. And the danger of all out military action against Cuba hangs over the heads of the Cuban People.
