An Evening with our next State Senator, Erika Uyterhoeven

An evening with our next state senator, Erika Uyterhoeven, in the 2nd Middlesex District.   The district includes Somerville, Medford, Winchester, and north Cambridge.

It will be a wine and cheese social. Let’s get together to get to know each other better and to help Erika win the primary on September 1.

When no other Senators or Reps in the Mass. legislature were willing to file a bill calling for the divestment of the Mass. State Pension plan from companies selling weapons to Israel, Erika stepped forward and filed that bill allowing MAPA to build a campaign around that divestment effort. She has committed to filing such a bill in the state senate in this upcoming legislative session. While other candidates may have some good points, no other candidate for our state senator is as committed to MAPA’s peace agenda as is Erika. Join us on the evening of August 12 to meet Erika and hear her plans if she wins this Senate seat. You will also have an opportunity to make a contribution to her campaign.
