DESCRIPTION:Please join us as we view and discuss SUMUD: A Doctor’s Report on Genocide and Survival. The film follows an American anesthesiologist volunteering in Gaza\, with commentary on the genocide by Omar El-Akkad\, Egyptian-Canadian journalist. \nA discussion will follow the 27 min. viewing of the film with the film’s director\, Jan Haaken\, and co-founder of Doctors Against Genocide\, Dr. Karameh Hamash-Kuemmerle.
