ICAN has declared this Sunday, November 26th, as a Global Day of Action to spotlight the world’s countries and states which are gathering at the United Nations to work further on the elimination of nuclear weapons. Join our local stand out Sunday in front of City Hall, Northampton at 11:30 am, to demand the United States sign onto the TPNW. We, in Massachusetts, can also lobby for our state legislature to create a Citizens Commission to study the impact of a nuclear strike within our state. This commission would suggest how best to convert arms manufacturing in MA into clean energy producing technologies, eliminating the need for fossil fuels creating a win/win for humanity and our planet.
Come together Sunday, November 26th at 11:30 in front of Northampton’s City Hall to advocate for the elimination of nuclear weapons. Sponsored by the Nuclear Free Future Coalition
