Poor People’s Campaign: Open House

Join us for an Open House to learn more about the campaign, share resources to mobilize for June 18, 2022, and find out how to join a working group. This Open House will be online on April 9, 4:00-6:00 pm.

At the open house, you’ll connect with others who know how wrong it is for close to 50% of people in the richest country on the planet to live in poverty or low income. Our work is to build a just and sustainable future. To do that we MUST confront and eradicate these five evils:

1. Poverty
2. Racism
3. Ecological devastation
4. Militarism and the war economy
5. The false moral narrative of Christian nationalism

We know it is possible if we all raise our voices and work together shoulder-to-shoulder.

Join us to hear an overview of the Poor People’s Campaign and learn how you can participate. Here are some of the things you can do right away!

4. Donate. Even if you are unable to join us in Washington, you or your organization can offer much-needed support for poor and low-wage workers from Massachusetts to get on the bus.
