The UAINE and NAICOB 2023 Indigenous Liberation Speaker Series presents An Evening in Solidarity With Peru: No al golpe! Ni un muerto más!

Speakers include:
Sandy Grande (Quechua), an organizer and scholar, is a Professor of Political Science and Native American and Indigenous Studies at UConn and the author of Red Pedagogy.
Jermani Ojeda-Ludena, a member of a Quechua community (Puca Puca) in the region of Apurimac, Peru, is a PhD Candidate in Indigenous Studies at the University of Texas at Austin.
Leo J. Garofalo, an associate professor of Latin American history at Connecticut College, is currently in Cuzco conducting research for a book on the highlands’ Afro-Andean population.
